Refunds & Returns

This policy only applies to tangible items purchased in our online shop.

A full refund will be made if any item fails to be dispatched. You may cancel your order anytime before dispatch - as our products are video based, once items are dispatched refunds cannot be given under any circumstances.

Once items have been dispatched, we can only offer a replacement should the item be found to be faulty. If you find your item has a fault, please contact us before returning it so we can advise you and send a replacement.
