Participants often comment that its so much fun they dont think of it as a fitness workout burning approximately 500-700 calories in a session.
There are over 20,000 Zumba instructors worldwide and recently fitness chain, Virgin Active, started offering Zumba classes at their clubs. People all over the world are discovering how much fun it is to dance and also the benefits to their health.
